Hello There is planning to attack Kenobi

I am planning to attack C++. I'm less threatened by Kenobi and worried about what he'll do when C++ starts talking now. He's going to be too busy for it to matter and if I can punch through one or both of them to Hello There then I think he would make a better long term ally. I'm also going to keep cultivating a peace and potential alliance with Rome.

In the next 12 turns my Explorers will have arrived on the front lines and I'll share a detailed battle plan. At a high level the aim is to knock out one or both of C++s capital/150 NR binary. If I can win either of them in the early stages I think the war will go smoothly.
